DALLAS – June 20, 2012 – 42 Real Estate, LLC, a Dallas based development and investment firm founded and owned by Scott Rohrman, has purchased a 21-acre land parcel in Mansfield, Texas in a limited partnership with investors. The property is located at the southwest corner of U.S. Hwy 287 and Broad Street. Kohl’s and Quik Trip are currently located on the site.
Chris Booras, David Davidson, Jr., Edward Bogel and John Zikos of Venture Commercial represented 42 Real Estate in the transaction. Dusty Renfro of Gridiron Capital represented the seller.
Venture will continue to assist 42 Real Estate in the marketing of the 21 acres to retail users.
