Brian Fuller was appointed to the board in October 2010. Brian is a Performance Improvement Project Manager at Texas Health Resources. He works with hospital staff to lean processes, maximize efficiencies, and improve value for internal and external customer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management, a Masters of Business Administration / Project Management, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Brian received his Black Belt training from Textron and certified in Lean, Variation, and Design for Six Sigma. His last position at Bell Helicopter was a Continuous Improvement Black Belt providing direct support to the Repair and Overhaul Center and Customer Support Services.
Mr. Fuller has 20 years in the defense and aviation industry and spent 10 years at Bell Aerospace Services / Bell Helicopter. He has a diverse background with experience in operations, contract management, project management, business development, strategic planning, rapid staffing, financial analysis, proposal management, and continuous improvement. Brian participated in the response to government and commercial proposals, managed remote sites across the United States, and was an ISO Lead Auditor and lead the ISO 9001-2008 certification renewal process.
Mr. Fuller received his MBA in Project Management from Dallas Baptist University. He has lived in Mansfield with his wife and two children since 2008.
