Forest City is planning a 1.2 million square foot lifestyle center (mixed use, retail and offices) at the intersection of East Broad Street and US Hwy 287.

The Reserve at Mansfield
On July 6, 2005 Leland Consulting and RTKL gave a final presentation on the results of their study for the area bounded by HWY 287, HWY 360 and East Broad Street.
In January 2006, City Council approved the zoning for the area of The Reserve.
