 The
MEDC is governed by a Board of Directors who are appointed
by the Mansfield City Council.
The
Board is comprised of five (5) citizens who bring an extensive
background in business and development to the organization.
Collectively, the MEDC Board
sets the organization’s vision, policies and invests
the Corporation’s resources in business attraction,
retention and development efforts.
